Format Change

I am trying to mess with the format. I want to eventually get rid of tables and make it all divs. There is nothing wrong with tables, but the current mood is that tables are bad, and I have prospective employers looking at my pages to see how I code.

I have one blind reader, Art Fogel. Jim says he has trouble with some formats, and ever since I turned 40, I’ve had trouble with the small print. So I want to make the format as flexible as possible. The page looks different in IE than firefox and I can’t figure why. I want to get a consistent text size and the ability to switch style sheets to a larger text and serif font for those of us who’s arms are growing shorter and finding it hard to read the screen. I want to hide the menus to help with readability, too. That is for tomorrow. I’ve had enough digging into the inner depths of CSS for one day.

Please report if you can’t read the screen or anything is missing.

Update: I dropped back on the font size a little. The big stuff made it easier to see, but harder to read. You can still change the screen size by using Ctrl++ in FireFox and in IE the View menu item – text-size. I am messing with the layout some more so don’t be surprised to see other weird stuff.

I have to admit that the larger font scared the hell out of me when it popped up!

It really doesn't matter much. I like your sites because of the black background. I'm trying to get my site to behave similar but lack of talent and website design knowledge impairs me. I'm using Firefox and your site comes out fine Keith. Keith and J's are two of my fav sites.

That’s just because Keith and I are such charming guys…when we’re not talking about global climate change…
