I set this up last night after watching a news article about it. It works like a charm and it is free if you have a cable telephone.
I have Optimum, But you can do it with most cable accounts.
I had to log on to my Optimum account. This may be a problem for some who don’t have an account or forgot their login credentials. If you don’t have an account you can easily set one up and you will need a copy of you bill to get the account number.
Once logged in it took a second to set up a simple form.
It didn’t work right away because either Optimum or NoMoRobo took their time getting all things configured, but this morning I tested it through the website and it worked.
Now, let the phone ring once. If it doesn’t ring again it was a robo-call and was intercepted by NoMoRobo.
