For 25 years I wore a tie to work every day. Since I’ve been consulting (about 8 years) I have not had to wear a tie. Today I had a meeting with the high mucky-mucks on the 9th floor in order to demo a system that I wrote and I wore a tie. This is not a good feeling. The CIO even made a comment that all her boys were wearing ties and she liked it. I hope I don’t have to wear a tie again for another 25 years.

Hehe, as a Master Mason in my lodge, every member has to wear a tie. Officers have to wear tux. I have a clip on tie and it feels sless snug on th neck.
